Hi, I'm a Family physician and performance coach helping people build strength that holds up — especially in the decades after your twenties, when life gets real.
But strength here isn’t just muscle — it’s energy, clarity, resilience, and the ability to move through life’s demands with confidence and power.
With a background in precision and clinical medicine, nutrition and fitness coaching, and competition in CrossFit and martial arts, I bring a grounded, real-world approach to helping people build sustainable strength for life.
